1.    Open the Trackback Wizard page
2.    Copy the lowest section (R click Copy or Ctrl+C) or copy it from here.

The Refback is the third type of "linkback" described by Six Apart, . It's not commonly referred to but is a way of determining who is referring to your posts within their posts.
